Shipping & Delivery

We deliver parts and accessories to all states and territories in Australia. All products are delivered using Australia Post. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery of your purchase form time of shipping. Some items may take longer - subject to stock levels and availability.  Remote country areas may take up to 14 days.  Please note that public holidays, floods, strikes, storms and road closures can further disrupt freight and thus delivery could take longer under these circumstances.

Delivery costs are displayed both in the shopping cart and checkout areas. We are unable to send Bikes out in boxes. All Bikes are pick up from store only.

Terms & Conditions

  • Items shall not be delivered until the full payment of the purchase price has been received.

  • No refunds will be accepted for parts or accessories unless prior arrangement has been made with Tom Wallace Cycles. Refunds are at the discretion of the Tom Wallace Cycles Pty Ltd.

  • Delivery is via Australia Post

    We respect your privacy. Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. All information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
    Returns & Replacements

    We do not refund or exchange goods if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Exchanges and refunds can only be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to do.

    Damaged Goods on Delivery

    It is the customers’ responsibility to check the packaging when items are delivered and not ‘sign off’ if packaging is damaged. NOTE: Acceptance of delivery voids any liability to freight company.
    Product Availability & Online Pricing

    Availability: All products are subject to availability and prior sale. All prices appearing in our newsletters or Web site are subject to change without prior notice. Tom Wallace Cycles is not responsible for printing errors or other errors appearing in our newsletter or website. All orders are subject to acceptance by Tom Wallace Cycles. Website Prices on our website are in effect until they are removed from the page unless otherwise noted. Clearance items have limited quantities, sizes/colors may no longer be available, and these items may not be available in our retail store.

    Here are just a few reasons why you should register;

    Credit Card payments are only accepted as online payments, for both Local pickup or shipped items.
